Esta es la filosof\u00eda de servir:\u00a0<strong>\u00abDar de s\u00ed antes de Pensar en s\u00ed\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0y se basa en el principio:<strong>\u00a0\u00abSe beneficia m\u00e1s el que mejor sirve\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p><p>Rotary constituye una oportunidad de forjar amistades para toda la vida y experimentar la satisfacci\u00f3n personal de servir a los dem\u00e1s.<strong>\u00a0Rotary es una organizaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>integrada por personas de negocios y profesionales dedicadas a proporcionar servicios humanitarios, promover elevadas normas de \u00e9tica en todas las ocupaciones y fomentar la buena voluntad y la paz en el mundo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-86ffecf\" data-id=\"86ffecf\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f6607d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f6607d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Rotary<\/strong>, primera organizaci\u00f3n mundial de clubes de servicio, dio comienzo a sus actividades con la formaci\u00f3n del Club Rotario de Chicago, Illinois, EE.UU., el<strong>\u00a023 de febrero de 1905.<\/strong> Dicho club fue fundado por el joven abogado Paul P. Harris y tres de sus amigos, Paul Harris intentaba recrear el esp\u00edritu de amistad habitual entre las personas de negocios del pueblo peque\u00f1o en el cual hab\u00eda crecido. Aqu\u00ed hago un poco de historia de c\u00f3mo el logotipo fue desarrollado y lo que significa para m\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-size: 15px;\">Volviendo a 1905, el grabador y dibujante de Chicago, el Rotario Montague Bear, dise\u00f1\u00f3 una rueda de carro rotatoria simple, mostrando movimiento y polvo. Ello signific\u00f3 la representaci\u00f3n de la civilizaci\u00f3n, movimiento y trabajo de servicio en acci\u00f3n. Con el tiempo, muchos clubes Rotarios adoptaron la rueda en una forma u otra.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">En 1922 se decidi\u00f3 crear y desarrollar un emblema Rotario oficial y en 1923 el boceto de una rueda con 24 dientes y seis rayos se adopt\u00f3 oficialmente. Para m\u00ed, los dientes alrededor del exterior representan el hecho que el trabajo debe ser hecho.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Los seis rayos representan el movimiento interno y el camino de nuestro Servicio Vocacional, a trav\u00e9s de la representaci\u00f3n de nuestro n\u00famero de miembros v\u00eda el sistema de la clasificaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-size: 15px;\">Asimismo, estos mismos rayos representan un camino exterior de la distribuci\u00f3n de los ideales Rotarios de servicio y la Prueba Cu\u00e1druplo&#8230; saliendo hacia la comunidad, vocaciones y negocios que nuestros miembros representan.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">En la Convenci\u00f3n Internacional Rotaria de 1929, estaba determinado que azul y oro ser\u00eda los colores oficiales de la organizaci\u00f3n, por lo que la rueda se dise\u00f1\u00f3 con estos colores. A m\u00ed, las cuatro bandas azules dentro del radio exterior del emblema representa nuestras cuatro avenidas de servicio.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-size: 15px;\">Alg\u00fan tiempo despu\u00e9s, ingenieros de Rotary se\u00f1alaron que un emblema no podr\u00eda ser eficaz girando libremente, por lo que se agreg\u00f3 un chavetero significando que la rueda era un \u00abobrero y no un ocioso.\u00bb<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">El chavetero en el centro del cubo es de gran importancia, porque \u00e9l representa al miembro Rotario individual en que es el factor importante de cada club. Los miembros de calidad son las llaves, necesarias en el cubo para comprometerlo con la rueda y se vuelve, pone la energ\u00eda en movimiento y crea el poder para que el emblema haga su trabajo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Cuando viajo y visito clubes, distritos y veo proyectos, he llegado a comprender que la rueda Rotaria simboliza mucho m\u00e1s que un club de servicio s\u00edmbolo o logotipo.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-size: 15px;\">Representa cuidar y compartir, amistad y amor, m\u00e1s un compromiso con un \u00abusted puede contar conmigo\u00bb.
